Could i still go back to High School?

So I'm 17 years old, I live in HoustonN TX. I withdraw ed from school(legally dropped out[I was 16 years old]) last year and paid 180$ to get this Diploma as a recognition that I had some sort of education. I'm wondering if I could go back because I just feel so much like a failure. I fear my future so I'm wanting to go back and finish school like I was supposed to. The thing is that I'd be falling in 10th grade at 18 years old, but I just feel so in accomplished Would the state let me rejoin?
