How can i rejoin my regular batch if i have failed in M.B.B.S first year?

I am a student of Thanjavur Medical College. I failed because i did not know how to study Large books and i was new to college studies. Since then i have improved greatly and recently in a I.Q. Test my I.Q was 190 which is quite high. Are there any special laws which will help me take advantage of my high I.Q? Pls help me. I appear for 2 M.B.B.S in August 2011. Advance thanks.
