Is Matt Fort� the most underrated RB in the NFL?

I know it's beating the dead horse but Jamaal Charles is by far the most underrated in the NFL, he out gained AP last season on 53 less carries and was second in rushing yards on the season. Most people in the know are aware that Forte is a good back.
