In general I would have to say a CB is the fastest. A RB can be a power back and make a living in the NFL...a WR can be a possession receiver and not be super fast but a CB has to be fast to make it. Yes there are some WR and RB that are ultra fast but I can not think of a slow CB that is solid in the NFL.

Well... it's kind of a long story, but i will try and sum it up as much as I can... u see, I've always wanted to do medicine ever since I was little, I've wanted to help people and have always had that image in the back of my head, however, when it came to the time of choosing which subject to take into sixth form, I was completely confused about which subject to choose, this was mainly because of the meeting I had, had with my careers adviser, she had completely tried to put me off the subject of taking medicine, telling me it will be difficult etc, but I already know that, even so, she told me, it was best not to choose the subject because she felt that my grades were not going to be suffiicent enough as I was doing foundation science, english and maths, which by the way I have no idea why the teachers put me in these courses I was more than capable of getting a B atleaste in English, but anyways, as a result, I got confused into which sub to choose, my mum and most my family, have always wanted me to go into animation and media, and my dad wanted me to do business from a young age, now I no, it's meant to be my own decision, but at this point i'm just soo... confused :s. So I decided to talk to a teacher, my science teacher, she had said it would be ok to do Science A-Level, even if i'm studying foundation, i begged her to put me in higher, but at the last day i was put in foundation, after studying biology higher... so on the day before half term, I filled put my application and was ready to hand it in for Science, but I don't no something inside me was stopping me from doing it, so i held on to it until after half term, after the holidays, I still hadn't decided my final subject, on the deadline of the application being submitted, I decided to choose Business and Media S with ICT, on results day i got my C's and enrolled, it had been a good couple of years with the subjects, but there was always this nagging in the back of my head, and when it came for time of applying to uni for a course, I was soooo stressed with ICT coursework that I just thought it would make sense to apply to a couple of unis with Business and Management, not nowing all these things about having the ability to choose different courses to apply to uni, I had no support at the time and was very confused, therefore, after making the choice and 5-6 months later, I started feeling as if maybe I had a chance of rejoining Science, thats when I found that Westminister, (my secure choice) offers a course on lots of Science related subjects, WITH FOUNDATION!!! (Blessing in disguise??? Maybe...) so I contacted Westminister to ask if it is possible to switch, ONLY TO ENQUIRE!!! I was then contacted back later that my course has now been changed... so I should be happy right??? Well, I dunno anymore... my mum then spoke to me after I was in tears a whole night about my whole situation... she explained that it would mainlly be best for me to choose Business as I have done the two year course... however, after speaking to my friend's sister, who also goes Westminister, she said that, maybe it would be best to do the foundation year giving me a year to decide on the course itself... but there are some issues with this... if I decided to choose medicen as my path, what would this mean about the amount of years it would take to complete the course? Wouldn't it be the same as completing a Business and Management course which then leads to post graduation? Say if I wanna become a GP/FP which I always have... or a specialist route such as Dietrician... what would this all mean to me?? As you can see, i'm in a really confusing situation, if anyone can help seriously!!! No offense but that is honestly really stupid. It is unnecessarily complex just make it positive. If you wanted you could shake up the lineup slots and make it like: 1 QB 1 WR 1 RB and like 5 any position (including defense).

YES. Big Ben is not far behind Brees. I had him last year and he gave me 20 points pretty regularly. With the uncertainty in the Green Bay backfield Mendenhall has more value than Grant. And Antonio Gates is the best TE in the league, anytime you start the #1 player at a position you're at an advantage. WR are easy to replace, and Welker isn't the same.

Should I address a layoff in my cover letter?

I was in my previous position for 7 years and was terminated very unexpectedly in February, along with 9 other employees, due to a company "restructuring". I have been very active in the job search, and have refreshened my resume and cover letter but I have not had one single call for an interview. I'm wondering if my layoff has something to do with it - maybe prospective employers are assuming I was fired. Should I address this in my cover letter? My husband wants rejoin the army after being let out for depression?

He was in several years ago and had just finished basic, but he was lonely and in a different place in his life and a terrible(suicidal tendencies) girl friend at the time. He and I are considering this as an option but not sure if it can happen at all. We have one child 5 months old and the job market is terrible. This was like in 2004 or something(not sure of year). Depends on the trade in question, most have an upper age limit of 29-35 years for new recruits, but medical officers for example, are accepted up to 55. I believe they have a degree of discretion on this if you have previously served but no hard and fast rule, would depend on the needs of the service, your prior record and current fitness. Bear in mind you would probably be looking at a minimum 9 year enlistment with retirement at 55 max. So most probably anything over early 40's is out of the question for the regular RAF. RAF Reserves recruit up to age 50 (56 if you have previous military service) might be worth looking into.

How does this Fantasy Football team look?

Obviously that's a good team but I never cared much for leagues with less than 12 teams. The problem is that there are so many players to go around that every team is stacked, so in the end there is no strategy as the season moves along. 8-team leagues are for people who want to feel good about their teams but don't care much about competition. Having a roster size of 23 players is just crazy.

I was doing some research for a school project about the Balkans. And when I started studying some stuff about Yugoslavia and the genocide and its breakup and I went deeper and deeper into it and it became clear that it would be much easier to deal with one big nation instead of seven tiny nations (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia). So, my teacher offered me some extra credit (20 points on my final grade or until it reaches 100%) if I devised a plan to organize the countries into a former Yugoslavia. I devised three plans but each one of them involves either significant help from the US/UK/NATO/Russia, etc and without their further involvement, wars like those from the 90s would emerge again. So my question is how could you merge those countries into one and how to keep it together without foreign military intervention (covert assistance through funds or military arms would be fine) from any country really? How to cope with my daughter's decision for adoption?

My only child is 8 months pregnant and has decided to put the baby up for adoption and I have a huge problem with that. Its not like she's a teenager or anything. She's 33, has a job, house, car, and husband. Her and my son-in-law have been married 11 years and have always made it clear that they don't want children. She had a tubal ligation about 8 years ago so when she became pregnant it was a huge HUGE shock. The doctor explained to her that basically, her fallopian tube was cut and tied off, but that over time its possible that the two ends can rejoin. The chances are like in the 2 percentile but fully possible. I believe this baby is an absolute miracle, but she didn't seem to share that. Her and her husband decided that giving the baby up for adoption was the best thing (she doesn't believe in abortion). I am so angry when I should be supportive. I can't help but think about how the baby would feel if it found out its parents could take care of it, but just didn't want it. That sounds pretty horrible, doesn't it? I've begged her to reconsider but she says that its happening and to "get over it." I'm hoping they'll change their minds when the baby is born, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen. They've showed no interest in this baby or the prospects of parenthood and are just focused on "getting back to their lives" once the adoption is over. I asked my daughter, doesn't she feel anything for this baby and she said no and that breaks my heart. Me and several other family members have spoken to attorneys about possibly adopting the baby ourselves and they've all told us, that there's nothing they can do until their rights have been terminated and by that time, the baby will most likely be somewhere else. My daughter told me yesterday they've found a couple willing to adopt. I asked her why they can't let a family member adopt the baby and she said that she didn't want to ever have to deal with the baby and she just wants to give it to this other couple and hopes it'll never contact them again. It hurts me so bad knowing she feels this way about her baby. I want to support her decision, but I'm finding it very hard to. Any advice for me?

What I find interesting is, the owners all of a sudden want to make peace with the players and join in mediation after months of a battle and ongoing lock out. Before the lawsuit took place, the owners were not caving in. Now, that there is a possibility they will lose due to the judge granting an injuction, the owners want to mediate. I think it is quite hypocritcal on both sides, especially the owners. Its one thing when you decide that you don't want to make amends and you are standing your ground. Even in that situation, I can respect a person not backing down on whatever it is they believe. But to switch because you are in danger of losing it both hypocritical and it shows that you didn't hold all of the cards. Probably C, the ravens just drafted a power running back who could probably play FB. The ravens need the money to resign Jared Gaither and add a pass rusher from free agency, Gaither being gone last year led to a decline in run game and more sacks, LT is far more important than FB. In a perfect world they'd keep McClain and resign gaither.

Fantasy football drafting advice...?

I won it all last year. First trading AP was a stupid idea. You could have solved 2 of the above answers just by keeping him, plus boosting your team talent. I had AP I think on my team. Second do NOT go with Ray Rice. Talentwise there are many other RBs in the league like AP and Chris Johnson. Consider it a possibility to get CJ because he shredded the field last year and is a future hall-of-famer. I had AP and CJ as starters and ended up winning most of my games because of them. In the keepers, don't have so many QBs. I did this and it comes back to bite until that is solved. Take Drew Brees and Phillip Rivers out of that equation. It helps there because instead of being spread out in that positon (which hurts your team), you have 2 smashmouth QBs at postion. They don't get hurt often either. RBs, it would be good to get rid of Adrian Foster because with the Texans so good with the pass they won't run as much. with your 3rd and 5th round picks, get Andre Johnson and possibly Peyton Hillis. Should I be angry at this one "Christian" group?

I joined a message group for homechurchers. One person started calling me a hypocrite because of a view I had. I literaly spilled my guts to this group over a problem/view I had and they threw stones at me and one called me a hypocrite. I left the group and let things settle down. 8 mos. later I try to rejoin and make ammends because I got too personal with them. The moderaters and owner of the list started going to the other members asking for their advice. Then I get this email from one of the members who in the past ridiculed me saying I should take medication. The owners/moderaters went to him and asked his opinion. I think they might have gone to other members also. I think they were gossiping about me before I was even accepted back into the group. Oh, by the way that memeber who they confided in suggested that I not be allowed to come back because the group in the past did not meet my needs, and it won't now either. I'm just upset that the people who owned and moderated the group did not make the decision themselves but went to one of the members who attacked me in the past. Should I be angry at this? That they were already talking bad about me when I haven't even been accepted into the group again? I just told them to foreget it. If the owner and moderaters didn't have sense enough to talk to me about it, but had to go to one or more of the members then maybe I would not get the propper support if I joined it again, but they will let people say whatever they want to me with no moderation.

Could Yugoslavia rejoin again and not break up and why/how?

I was doing some research for a school project about the Balkans. And when I started studying some stuff about Yugoslavia and the genocide and its breakup and I went deeper and deeper into it and it became clear that it would be much easier to deal with one big nation instead of seven tiny nations (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo and Macedonia). So, my teacher offered me some extra credit (20 points on my final grade or until it reaches 100%) if I devised a plan to organize the countries into a former Yugoslavia. I devised three plans but each one of them involves either significant help from the US/UK/NATO/Russia, etc and without their further involvement, wars like those from the 90s would emerge again. So my question is how could you merge those countries into one and how to keep it together without foreign military intervention (covert assistance through funds or military arms would be fine) from any country really? How to play pc games with my xbox 360 controller ?

I want to play gta SA on my pc with my xbox controller. But the problem is when I go to the configuration settings it won't allow me to set all of the buttons on my controller. For example: to walk I want to set the analog buttons (or whatever you call them you know the directional buttons with the rubber on them) but it won't allow me to because the only buttons it will allow me to set are the are the A B Y X SELECT START RB LB and the directional buttons when you press them down. It won't let me use the right analog stick either because I wanted to use that one to change direction. Any idea on how I can set up the controls to fit my xbox controller because I just can't play with the keyboard. That's just not the way to play a gta game

If you haven't trained in two years, you will probably need to start at the beginning. If you prove you're past the beginning point, then you can always advance, but in reality, you really need to move fast and have extreme talent to get into competitive ballet. How to cope with my daughter's decision for adoption?

My only child is 8 months pregnant and has decided to put the baby up for adoption and I have a huge problem with that. Its not like she's a teenager or anything. She's 33, has a job, house, car, and husband. Her and my son-in-law have been married 11 years and have always made it clear that they don't want children. She had a tubal ligation about 8 years ago so when she became pregnant it was a huge HUGE shock. The doctor explained to her that basically, her fallopian tube was cut and tied off, but that over time its possible that the two ends can rejoin. The chances are like in the 2 percentile but fully possible. I believe this baby is an absolute miracle, but she didn't seem to share that. Her and her husband decided that giving the baby up for adoption was the best thing (she doesn't believe in abortion). I am so angry when I should be supportive. I can't help but think about how the baby would feel if it found out its parents could take care of it, but just didn't want it. That sounds pretty horrible, doesn't it? I've begged her to reconsider but she says that its happening and to "get over it." I'm hoping they'll change their minds when the baby is born, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen. They've showed no interest in this baby or the prospects of parenthood and are just focused on "getting back to their lives" once the adoption is over. I asked my daughter, doesn't she feel anything for this baby and she said no and that breaks my heart. Me and several other family members have spoken to attorneys about possibly adopting the baby ourselves and they've all told us, that there's nothing they can do until their rights have been terminated and by that time, the baby will most likely be somewhere else. My daughter told me yesterday they've found a couple willing to adopt. I asked her why they can't let a family member adopt the baby and she said that she didn't want to ever have to deal with the baby and she just wants to give it to this other couple and hopes it'll never contact them again. It hurts me so bad knowing she feels this way about her baby. I want to support her decision, but I'm finding it very hard to. Any advice for me?

I am a freshmen in college and it has created real stress with my parents. I work hard, am a fairly good student, I never party or anything. But it had begun to feel like they controlled everything in my life. I am 10 hours away! It started when I would not give my father the password to my student account, which we are not supposed to give out! I signed the form saying he could see my grades but he wanted my account and email as well. I had the housing director call him to explain but that made him flip out even more. The next issue was with my mother. She had always pushed me to Rush for a sorority, but that really did not fit what I wanted out of college and I felt extremely uncomfortable. So I de-pledged. When I told my mother what I had done she became extremely angry. When I tried to explain my reasons she would not let me speak and said things like "what have your father and I done to to create such a monster?" And when I finally was able to say "I've just never pictured myself as a sorority girl" she retorted, "Well I never pictured you with an asian. Hurts doesn't it?" This was in reference to my boyfriend who is from Beijing China. She also said she is sick of hearing about the whole 'international' thing, and to get over it I am not Asian. I am an Asian and Latin American studies major. I have no desire to be Asian, nor do I simulate the culture in any way. I have spent three years studying Chinese. So she wants to hear about a sorority that I have no desire to be in but not my Major, which should be my primary focus? My father was then put on the phone (which was the first time he had talked to me since I would not give him the password) and when I tried to explain to him why I did not want to be in a sorority he said, "Shut up, stop whining, stop complaining. You have been making bad decisions for the past 18 months now and you need to get your life together." He was referring to how long I have been dating my boyfriend. My boyfriend is wonderful and sweet and would never do anything to hurt me and is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. But my parents have stated several times that they would hope that I come back from college with a blonde blue eyed boyfriend. They threatened to pull funding for college unless I rejoined my sorority. So I did. Went through a stage in life I am annoyed about?

In my life I have been through a few stages growing up. I am 18 now and I am in a band. when I was around 15 I joined the band for the first time. Before the band I never had my own style etc. After I joined the band I began listening to rock music and when I was 16 I started listening to punk. I got a mohawk and listened to punk music non stop but this passed and mid-16 I left the band. After leaving the band I began to listen to rap music and wore a bandana and baggy clothes (basically a wigger and a wanna-be at the time ha..) This quickly passed and ended just a couple of months after my 17th birthday. I listened to rock/punk/grunge music from then on until around a month after turning 18 I rejoined the band. I feel really **** and pissed off at myself like I somehow betrayed my true feeling for something I wasnt and it really pisses me off. I know everyone goes through stages but when you love rock and at one point begin listening to rap more often at a stage of growing it really gets on your **** lol.. College Volleyball Scholarships?

Getting a college scholarship depends mostly on whether or not the school you are looking at wants to give you one. If they want you to play for them, they will make you an offer no matter whether you played club or high school. Obviously, the key is that they have to want you to play for them, so I would definitely get as much playing in as possible to make sure that your skills are at the highest level possible. Now, it is true that your chances of being seen by college scouts go up dramatically if you play club, but it isn't mandatory. However, most coaches recruit players in their sophomore and junior years, so since you will be a senior you may not get looked at much even if you do play club. So be proactive, the coaches don't have to come to you first. If there's a school that you have in mind, contact their coach. Many schools do offer open tryouts as well as online athlete questionnaires that you can fill out. Be reasonable with which schools you look at though; since you don't have much experience, chances are you won't make a high-level Div-I team unless you are supremely talented. There are some requirements for NCAA, such as a minimum GPA, etc, I don't know about NAIA or community colleges. Good luck!

Are my parents sociopaths? How can I handle this?

I am a freshmen in college and it has created real stress with my parents. I work hard, am a fairly good student, I never party or anything. But it had begun to feel like they controlled everything in my life. I am 10 hours away! It started when I would not give my father the password to my student account, which we are not supposed to give out! I signed the form saying he could see my grades but he wanted my account and email as well. I had the housing director call him to explain but that made him flip out even more. The next issue was with my mother. She had always pushed me to Rush for a sorority, but that really did not fit what I wanted out of college and I felt extremely uncomfortable. So I de-pledged. When I told my mother what I had done she became extremely angry. When I tried to explain my reasons she would not let me speak and said things like "what have your father and I done to to create such a monster?" And when I finally was able to say "I've just never pictured myself as a sorority girl" she retorted, "Well I never pictured you with an asian. Hurts doesn't it?" This was in reference to my boyfriend who is from Beijing China. She also said she is sick of hearing about the whole 'international' thing, and to get over it I am not Asian. I am an Asian and Latin American studies major. I have no desire to be Asian, nor do I simulate the culture in any way. I have spent three years studying Chinese. So she wants to hear about a sorority that I have no desire to be in but not my Major, which should be my primary focus? My father was then put on the phone (which was the first time he had talked to me since I would not give him the password) and when I tried to explain to him why I did not want to be in a sorority he said, "Shut up, stop whining, stop complaining. You have been making bad decisions for the past 18 months now and you need to get your life together." He was referring to how long I have been dating my boyfriend. My boyfriend is wonderful and sweet and would never do anything to hurt me and is one of the best things that has ever happened to me. But my parents have stated several times that they would hope that I come back from college with a blonde blue eyed boyfriend. They threatened to pull funding for college unless I rejoined my sorority. So I did. When I texted my mother telling her that I had been initiated she texted back, 'thank you for doing what I asked even though you don't want to, I love you for it.' and then as an afterthought she texted 'oh yea and just for you.' It just baffles my mind that they absolutely do not care that what they are doing upsets me, and even go out of their way to say things specifically to hurt me, with my mother's comment 'hurts doesn't it?' I would NEVER hurt someone on purpose, and if I did say something to hurt someone it would have been entirely accidental. I am currently going to therapy, and she first told me that they were being emotionally and verbally abusive, and showing sociopathic tendencies, and just recently told me that it is her opinion that they are sociopaths. They are coming down for Easter and I have to live with them again this summer. What do I DO? How should I handle this? If anyone else has had a similar experience please give advice

I moved to this school in fifth grade. Now I'll be going into freshman year. During the summer of fifth and sixth grade I went to the school to hang out with my best friend at the time(A girl). On the way there as we passed the gas station, there was a group of the more jock-like guys, who I do not like because they were very rude and judged people A LOT. Yes, we did have jock-ish people at that time, more mild then, though. Story short- we got called losers, fatties, bitches, etc., but went on. They were there when my friend and I got to the park-school thing. They teased us, stole my water, and well, were assholes. I never wanted to see their faces, mainly his. To my surprise, he was in my 6th grade class. Well, I avoided him because of his douche-ish acts. During the year, I progressed into more of a girl.(Within 3 months) Meaning--not to be offensive-- I slimmed out and got 4 inches taller.I was really short, by the end of that I was 5' and 1 half inches. After that was over... I caught him staring at me. That went on for the rest of the school year. While we were at a week long camp(in May), he was in my group, one thing on my mind- oh joy... I told this kid who I joke around with a lot that I, jokingly, hated him, the guy who I'm asking the question about(who I'll nickname 'boy') was behind me talking to a guy. Boy then said, 'you don't hate me, right?'. Confused I said "no.. you're alright." that was odd. On the last day of school, Boy walked up to me blushing and was going to say something, but then walked away.(I know it's long, bare with me!) He has been in 4 of my classes(not including 6th grade) during the course of middle school, and has been my project partner once, and we barely talked to each other during that time, or during middle school at all. Boy still stared and sometimes blushed or smiled. I talked to my very good best friend, who is a gamer and guy, and he said he has only the slightest clue of a yes. My very few female friends say, maybe. I really do not like this guy! He is rude and keeps girlfriends for like 2 months or less. Boy also harshly dumps them 75% of the time. Could I have been slipped something into my drink?

Ok, today I went to a pool party for my friends bachelorette party. There was only 4 of us girls there surrounded by a bunch of other people. We were drinking, but I only had 3-4 drinks in 4 hours, that I made myself...which has never made me feel like I did today. All I remember before had, was feeling like I wasn't drunk and just tipsy. Then I don't remember much after that. Apparently I was so messed up, my friends had my husband pick me up. My husband has told me about all these things I did that I don't remember at all!! I have never blacked out like this ever....and I have dranken a lot in my past. Anyways, so I was out of it for like 3-4 hours...and then I snapped back together and rejoined my friends. I know if I was roofied I would probably still be messed up as of now...My husband says I was awake the entire time though. I'm just so confused, I have just never blacked out and lost complete control of myself like that before after only so many drinks...I still feel tipsyish now. There was a creepy guy there that used to have a crush on me in high school, which came up and talked to me...which it was soon after that which I don't remember anything. Is there any kind of drug that could have been slipped into my drink that would give me an effect like this. Concerned...please help.

Betta fish is pale and unresponsive?

Brought him home about a month ago, first time with a Betta fish, or any fish for that matter. He was sick about 2 weeks ago because I was using tap water, I quickly went out and bought a water conditioner, but now he's having similar non-responsive symptoms; he is lying on the bottom of the tank, rarely being active and only going up for air, he is not eating, just spitting the pellets out, and this is what worries me most...he's very pale. He's usually a dark purple and light pink body but now hes almost orange and the purple is looking translucent. I did a water change today, and i'm going to fast him tomorrow and maybe the next day to make sure it's not constipation or swim bladder. (he's not swimming sideways yet..) I don't have a heater because our house is quite warm, but i've been doing water cycling today (taking out 2 cups of the water and replacing it with new hot conditioned water to raise the temperature a bit) The warm water seemed to help his activity but it does not explain the paleness and the lack of eating.. Can anyone throw perspective to this? (also his gills seem slightly swollen from the last ammonia shock...I really am trying to take good care of this fish.. How to cope with my daughter's decision for adoption?

My only child is 8 months pregnant and has decided to put the baby up for adoption and I have a huge problem with that. Its not like she's a teenager or anything. She's 33, has a job, house, car, and husband. Her and my son-in-law have been married 11 years and have always made it clear that they don't want children. She had a tubal ligation about 8 years ago so when she became pregnant it was a huge HUGE shock. The doctor explained to her that basically, her fallopian tube was cut and tied off, but that over time its possible that the two ends can rejoin. The chances are like in the 2 percentile but fully possible. I believe this baby is an absolute miracle, but she didn't seem to share that. Her and her husband decided that giving the baby up for adoption was the best thing (she doesn't believe in abortion). I am so angry when I should be supportive. I can't help but think about how the baby would feel if it found out its parents could take care of it, but just didn't want it. That sounds pretty horrible, doesn't it? I've begged her to reconsider but she says that its happening and to "get over it." I'm hoping they'll change their minds when the baby is born, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen. They've showed no interest in this baby or the prospects of parenthood and are just focused on "getting back to their lives" once the adoption is over. I asked my daughter, doesn't she feel anything for this baby and she said no and that breaks my heart. Me and several other family members have spoken to attorneys about possibly adopting the baby ourselves and they've all told us, that there's nothing they can do until their rights have been terminated and by that time, the baby will most likely be somewhere else. My daughter told me yesterday they've found a couple willing to adopt. I asked her why they can't let a family member adopt the baby and she said that she didn't want to ever have to deal with the baby and she just wants to give it to this other couple and hopes it'll never contact them again. It hurts me so bad knowing she feels this way about her baby. I want to support her decision, but I'm finding it very hard to. Any advice for me?

Even if you quit band, you can list those leadership positions on the app. Unless you plan to major in music of some kind, it shouldn't be too much of an issue. Take the art class if you want; you won't need to explain why you dropped band unless you apply somewhere that requires an interview (not all colleges require it, but they all encourage you to meet with an admissions counselor at some point) and they ask you about it.

i would go with mids. simply because it provides you with ankle protection on the quick cuts as a rb. and overall gives you ankle support. but some swear the lows give you more freedom of ankle movement. bottom line, select the style that helps your game and will give some sort of protection. gotta maintain them bones as healthy as you can. especially if you plan on making football a career.
