Fantasy football RB sleepers?

Provided there is a football season, who are some RBs I can target sometime around the 5th round or later? There is at least one guy each year who breaks out in that range; Peterson in '07, Williams and Turner in '08, Rice in '09, and Foster/Hillis this past year. Any suggestions? Please be specific in your reasoning.
