I have inserted rod to rejoin my broken tibia bone,its a normal but bone has broken, how many days it will tak?

i m 44 years old, healthy civil construction worker(moderately hard work). My leg has been inserted with rod as it had broken in mild motorbike accident with no blood, no crush of bone, none other injury to my body,one can say it had been broken in normal way of its types. So my concern is that, would i recover my leg completely again? How many days it will take? Would i have my normal leg?
