Does anyone know who the woman is who sells handpainted cat faces?

She is always at the arts and crafts fair in May in Studio City on Laurel Canyon and Moorpark every year.... Her name is RB... I got one from her a couple of years ago and the back of the magnet says RB. She said she has a website but cant find her... does anyone know?
