Does Guitar Hero Work ON Rock Band?

My Girlfriend likes RB i like GH problem is i have GH WOR on my Wii and have 2 guitar controllers and she wants to get RB 3 for the Wii and play it. Can the GH controllers on the Wii play RB3 games?
